Kick-Off To Christmas!

Christmas is definitely for Kids! We've had so much fun with Kailie already this Christmas as this year she is really getting into the spirit of it all! One of her favorite things to do is look at the Christmas Lights - any time we get in the car she 'demands' to see 'More Christmas Lights'!! This can get a bit tricky when this demand comes in the morning! Fortunately it gets dark quite early here now so most nights we do the Grand Tour looking for as many lights as we can find:)

Here are some pictures of our Christmas celebrations so far.

Early in December we started the celebrations off with welcoming Santa to City Hall and we also saw the pretty tree all lit up.

Kailie LOVES Santa from a distance but as soon as we get within the 5 foot range it all changes and she freaks out, so no pictures of Kailie sitting on Santa's knee this year. And in Bermuda - Santa rides on a Fire Truck! Kailie has seen Santa on his Fire Truck on more than one occasion now, I'm not sure I'll ever be able to convince her that he actually rides on a Sleigh!

We have been very fortunate to get to know Grace and many of her friends here on the island, Kailie knows some of them especially well as they are often over for play dates. This group came carolling a few nights ago and they were AMAZING!!! It really got us into the Christmas spirit and Kailie enjoyed signing along as best she could!

This was Mummy & Daddy's night out to Joel's company Christmas Masquerade Ball - we were able to plan well in advance and get our masks while we were in Vegas - it was a lot of fun to get all dressed up for that night!

We had a lovely Christmas Dinner with our dear friends Marsh, Ron, Brooke & Madison - Kailie and Brooke got to exchange pressies and had a lot of fun staying up waaaaayyyyy past their bedtime:)
